Rep. Terry England
Representative Terry England has spent his entire working life as a farmer and agri-businessman. Elected into the House of Representatives in 2004, he currently serves as Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and Co-Chair of the Agricultural Education Advisory Commission. He also serves on the following committees in the House: Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, Education, Natural Resources and Environment, Industry and Labor as well as Ways and Means.
In the General Assembly he serves on the Legislative Services Committee and the Fiscal Affairs Sub Committee. He has served as Chairman of the Southern Legislative Conference Agricultural and Rural Development Committee and currently serves on the Executive Committee of that organization. He currently serves at the pleasure of the residents of the 116th House District.
He has been married to the former Cindy Casper of Winder for over 26 years. Both are active in the Auburn First Baptist Church where Terry serves as a deacon and Cindy serves as CFO and works in the nursery.
Tommy Jennings is a native of Winder, GA. Jennings is President of the Barrow County Chamber of Commerce, having taken the reins in November of 2006. Jennings was the former President and CEO of Barrow Manufacturing Company, a family-owned manufacturing concern in business for 75 years, until it was bought out in March of 2006. He sits on a number of Boards throughout Barrow County. He is married to Danette, has two grown sons, and three grandsons.

Lisa Segars Maloof is a life-long resident of Barrow County. She has worked in technical education for the past twenty-eight years and currently serves as Campus Dean of the Barrow Campus of Lanier Technical College.Lisa holds a BSEd in Business Education and a MEd in Adult Education from the University of Georgia.
Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for the Barrow County Chamber of Commerce and served as board chair in 2007.In addition to her service on the board, she has chaired and served on various chamber committees and currently chairs the Economic Development Committee.Lisa also serves on the Board of Directors for the Jackson EMC Operation Roundup.She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Barrow Adult Literacy program and is a former board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Winder-Barrow. In 2006, Lisa chaired a successful campaign to renew the Barrow County Education SPLOST.
Lisa is married to Keith Maloof and they have two children. Tyler is married to the former Dana Lupuloff and Tanner is a junior in college.

Chris McMichael is the son of two college English professors and was raised to value education as one of the most important things in life. He has earned an Associate of Arts from Gainesville State College in 1986, a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Bachelor of Science in Art Education from North Georgia College and State University in 1994, a Master of Education in Art Education from NGCSU in 1997 and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia in 2004.
Dr. McMichael has 19 years of experience in education with 15 of those years in leadership positions. In addition to his experience in education he has owned and operated a small business and has several years of experience in management, customer relations, and sales in the food and hospitality service industries.
Chris and his wife Beth have four children, Allan, Christianna, Anabelle, and Chloe. He enjoys reading, movies, live music, camping, drawing, and spending time with his family.
Tom Rieger moved to Lilburn in 1992 after serving in the United States Marine Corps where he received his formal training as a welder/fabricator. After service he completed his welding education at Gwinnett Technical College. For over 25 years he has been in the trades as a fabricator and supervisor, a Technical College instructor, a Certified Welding Inspector and a business owner. In 2000 he initiated the Welding and Technology program at Lanier Technical College and continues to build the program.
Joe Vogt is currently Plant Manager at the Winder, GA facility of Solvay, a global chemical manufacturer. He has been an employee of Solvay and its predecessors for 33 years, and has been involved in manufacturing during his entire tenure. He has served as Chairman of the Workforce Development Committee for the Chamber for the past 4 years.
